Just a quick update, but we heard back late last week from the neurologist and he’s okay for us to stay where we are!  That means Maddie can continue at this lower dosage of anti-seizure medication and hold off on starting the second medication.  We will continue to monitor her episodes for severity/frequency and contacting the doctor if her symptoms worsen.

Through the weekend and the start of this week, Maddie’s frequency and severity have continued to decrease compared to two weeks ago.  There have also been a few nights where she has slept through the night without waking up from an episode!!  Praise God and we thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers!
